DISCOVERY OF UNEXPECTED CONDITIONS: The contract price is based on assumptions that there are no physical conditions at the site differing from those ordinarily encountered and generally recognized as inhering the proposed scope of work. There is no dry rot, insect infestation asbestos, plumbing, electrical, HVAC or any other condition that negatively affects contractors’ scope of work. If any of those assumptions turns out to be incorrect, Customer shall be responsible to fairly compensate contractors for all additional work.
